All about personal Reflection Part 1



REPORT PERSONAL REFLECTION
1.     KNOW YOUR OWN EMOTIONAL STRENGTH
The way that I used to know the strengths and weaknesses of yourself listed in the SWOT analysis table below:
1.1. Personal SWOT Analysis
SWOT analysis will be done using SWOT diagram as follows:

1.2. Emotional intelligence test online
Based on emotional intelligence (EQ test) that I have taken from the site Real Me (https://www.arealme.com/eq/en/) Indicates that the level of my EQ is 125 out of 200, and I answered a total of 10 questions (with one question worth 20 points), and this result could classify me as average in terms of my emotional intelligence. Results without a gap close to perfect as I really understand other people's emotional feelings that need to embrace social creatures when facing a problem though as small as whatever it is. (In terms of emotional intelligence)
2.     NEGATIVE EMOTIONAL STATE
When I get stressed
·         When I get a job that is very much without warning even without an extension of time which means it must be completed as quickly as possible it is the thing that makes me depressed
·         When there is a kind of discrimination that offend Tribe, Religion, Race by a colleague in the office. Make them away from me and underestimated even during a meeting at the office
·         When he was sick, in fact it makes concentration at work distracted and focus

3.     Cause or trigger
What is the cause of my personal emotional triggers in the workplace are:
·         Bosses who 'claimant: In the work, there are many kinds of tops. In general, the boss will act and behave as any to get perfect performance of the company. Such trends are most likely the boss has an attitude of 'prosecution'.

·         Workload:, It is certainly cause the workload to be borne by each employee become more than when the number of employees more.

4.     MODELING BEHAVIOUR WORKPLACE
Behavioural modelling work that helps me to manage my personal emotions in the workplace is to reduce the stress that hit. Stress makes a person angry. Thus it is with a deep breath and paused as the pressure comes at least will reduce the workload of the shoulders.

5.     ACTION
Measures to be taken to enhance the level of emotional intelligence yourself is:
·         Expressing Emotion: How to Improve Emotional Intelligence one way is by being able to express emotions. When it has been able to control the emotions felt, it will be easy to control the expression of oneself. Using a method that is able to resist negative emotions act on impulse and give the appropriate response to various situations that become a way of increasing confidence with ease and control of emotions that can hurt yourself.
·         Motivate Yourself :Emotional control also has strong linkages with the habit of thinking positively and with a positive mind, will always in still positive thoughts, too and not easy to feel pessimistic about a thing ,. Positive thoughts about themselves is very useful to motivate and how to make themselves happy even when the mental condition is declining

·          Recognizing Emotions Others: Other people also need to recognize emotions and if it has been used to identify the emotions themselves. The ability to recognize other people's emotions felt are scarce and rarely do people have to make to become more sensitive to be responsive to the situation. Recognizing emotions can be seen from the body language, such as gestures, tone of voice, eyes, facial expressions and body movements. Just as a basis for inter-personal relationship is the ability to recognize other people's emotions felt
